Yes. A rough clean after the trades leave, a detail clean once fit-off is done, and a final clean right before handover or photography. Book any combination.
We remove packaging, offcuts and general debris to your site bin. Skip hire and trade waste disposal is separate, though we can organise it.
Yes — full public liability, workers comp, white cards and PPE. Documentation goes to your site manager before we start.
A standard new build is one to two days for the final clean. Give us notice around handover and we'll hold the slot.
