We use a high-pressure tile and grout tool with an alkaline pre-treatment that flushes the dirt out of the pores. Tile & Grout Cleaning FAQs
Usually much closer than you'd expect. If the grout is permanently stained or the colour has broken down, no amount of cleaning will shift it — we'll tell you that after a spot test rather than take your money and disappoint you.
No. We clean only — no sealing and no regrouting. It's outside what we do well, and we'd rather say so than take the job. If you need sealing after we've cleaned, we'll point you to someone who does it properly.
We treat surface mould and mildew in grout. If mould has grown behind the tiles or into the wall sheet, that's a waterproofing problem and needs a trade, not a cleaner — we'll flag it.
About 4 hours. Since we clean rather than seal, there's no extended curing time to wait out.
