Almost. We check the manufacturer's code first. Genuine dry-clean-only fabrics like some silks and viscose blends we won't wet clean — we'll tell you rather than risk shrinking it.
Surface odour, yes. If urine has soaked into the foam, cleaning the cover only helps so much — we'll be upfront about whether it's worth it.
It's the cheapest way to do both, since the equipment is already set up. Most clients bundle them.
