Not at correct pressure with a surface cleaner. Damage happens when people hold a narrow high-pressure jet too close — which is exactly what causes those stripe marks.
Yes, at much lower pressure with a fan tip. Timber needs a gentler approach or it furs up the grain. We adjust per surface.
Fresh ones usually. Old oil that's soaked deep into porous concrete will lighten significantly but may not disappear entirely — we'll set expectations after a look.
No — we clean only, we don't offer sealing. Sealing does slow lichen regrowth, so if you want it done we'll happily point you to someone who does it properly rather than take the job ourselves.
